We review the project's codebase, smart contract audits, consensus mechanism, and network security. Open-source projects with multiple independent audits receive priority consideration. We verify that the blockchain or token contract has no known critical vulnerabilities.
Sufficient market capitalization (minimum $50M for initial listing), daily trading volume across major venues, and healthy order book depth on other exchanges. We verify that the asset has genuine organic trading activity, not wash-traded volume.
Every potential listing undergoes a regulatory review to assess securities law risk. We evaluate the token's structure, distribution, governance model, and whether it passes the Howey test and equivalent frameworks in our operating jurisdictions. Assets flagged as unregistered securities are not listed.
We evaluate the founding team's track record, transparency (doxxed vs anonymous), and project governance. Community size alone is insufficient — we look for genuine engagement, active development (GitHub commits), and a clear roadmap with consistent delivery history.
